- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to cancel my auto insurance with The Jay Shaw Company. A representative from the company told me that I owed them money. I have kept every single receipt from my payments, so I did not owe them money. When I took my receipt back to the establishment, they were speechless and had to refund me! One of the employees wrote a paper receipt instead of printing one electronically, so she kept my money! The Jay Shaw Company also failed to cancel my life insurance policy, causing me to be billed 4 years after I canceled it.
